My visit to the hotel was aimed at a brief retreat from the bustling city life. I was pleased with the overall experience; however, the highlight for me was the comfort provided by the air conditioning in the spacious room, particularly given the hot weather in the northern region of Malaysia. The serene atmosphere, clean surroundings, and delicious buffet breakfast for RM15 further enhanced my stay. I am truly grateful for the hospitality extended by the staff, which contributed significantly to my satisfaction. Thank you for a memorable experience.
